1. Scope
This policy applies to all use of Saelia, including input, generated output, voice models, downloads and attempts to use the service. It supplements the Closed Beta Terms.
3. No deception, fraud or harmful impersonation
Do not use Saelia to impersonate a person, misrepresent the origin of a communication, obtain money or credentials, conduct scams, evade identity checks, manipulate a vulnerable person, engage in unauthorized robocalling, or create a false impression that synthetic audio is authentic. Clearly disclose synthetic audio when another person may encounter it.
4. Protect people and children
Do not create, store or distribute content that exploits or sexualizes children, facilitates grooming, threatens violence, promotes self-harm, harasses, stalks, humiliates or targets a person based on protected characteristics. Users and voice subjects must be at least 18 in the beta.
5. No illegal or rights-infringing content
Do not use Saelia to violate law, court orders, privacy, data-protection, confidentiality, intellectual-property, publicity or personality rights. Do not upload malware, stolen data, unlawful surveillance material or content obtained through unauthorized access.
6. No high-impact or professional decisions
Do not use Saelia output as the sole basis for medical, mental-health, employment, insurance, credit, housing, education, law-enforcement, immigration, legal, financial, inheritance or other high-impact decisions about a person. Do not present Saelia as an emergency service or qualified professional.
7. Protect the service
Do not probe or access another account, scrape private data, interfere with infrastructure, overload endpoints, evade quotas or rate limits, share credentials, expose API keys, reverse engineer protected components, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization. Good-faith security reports should be sent privately to info@convallaria.it.
8. No prohibited public or political manipulation
Do not use generated audio or other output for voter suppression, deceptive political impersonation, fabricated evidence, false public-interest reporting, or undisclosed deepfakes. Any lawful creative, satirical or fictional use must still carry an appropriate disclosure and respect third-party rights.
9. Enforcement
Saelia may block content, cancel processing, revoke provider assets, preserve relevant evidence, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and notify affected parties or authorities where proportionate and legally required. Context, severity, recurrence, intent and risk are considered. Users may contact info@convallaria.it to contest an enforcement decision.
